Fantasy novel series about a fictional place, Chromnoiah, that has long been divided into kingdom's and provinces under the rule of Aurumreach. The southernmost kingdom is close to a vein in the Flameheart Forest that is tapped into and mined by the people who were pushed there from Reinholm, now in ruins, to the forest, the Flemen. The main protagonist is a Flemen embarking on her trial to determine her family line's debt to Aurumreach for allowing them to live near ancestral lands now the Reinholm Ruins and pay back the debt their ancestors incurred against Aurumreach.
The concept for the series is a journey through the kingdom's and provinces around Chromnoiah alongside the Flemen protagonist. Those places are Metleheim Fiefdom to the far north surrounded by thick forests at the base of steep mountain ranges, the Diamoria Kingdom in the northwest with an arctic terrain and reliance on ice architectural features, the Revelaria Vineyards to the south of the Diamoria supply most of the spirits in the land, aided by the heat from the Flameheart.
To the east are the Sapphire Shores, a political center of the lands and semi-neutral meeting place for leaders and criminals alike with Sheridan's Cove to the southwest, a trading hub with an underground marketplace that is connected to The Sapphire Shores. Off the coast is Echo's Keep, the former head of the realm that now stands as archives on a collection of 3 close islands. In the waters surrounding the island are dangers that keep people away and on the island aside from the ferry that Arumreach supports.
Directly to the east and in the most southern portion of Chromnoiah is Aurumreach, an agriculture and livestock hotbed known for it's social formalities juxtaposing their brutal treatment of the Flemen to the north and the lower class citizens in the kingdom whom work the crop rotation.
